I (We) assume full responsibility for any damages to Treasure Island Park na nGael equipment and or property that occur as a result of the requested use. Furthermore, I(We) understand that the San Francisco GAA, its staff or its members will not be held liable for any injury or damage that may occur to me, my guests and/or members of the above organization during our requested use of the facility. All sports groups and organizations not sponsored by the San Francisco GAA must provide without exception a certificate of insurance, naming the San Francisco GAA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and servants as additional insured, evidencing the following:
Certificate of general liability insurance with per occurrence and aggregate limits of not less than $1,000,000.

In the event that the foregoing reservation is cancelled less than ten (10) days prior to the applicable reservation date then the San Francisco GAA shall be entitled to retain any deposit(s) paid persuant hereto with respect to the reservation provided for herein.
